![]() Probably great for live sessions at parties/gigs etc but that's not where I'm at. So in answer to your question, I don't use DAM DJ at all, and can't really see the need for it in my situation. $15 a month is not as much as I spend on Scotch, so I'm happy. I was paying yearly at a much higher rate, but wan't using it, so down graded to the bare minimum, monthly - just right. I'm paying $15 a month, which is pretty dam good. When my server comes back up, it automatically takes over the stream and continues to play the local playlist, the Broadcaster Cloud then sits in the background and waits for the next interruption - sorry, Windows update. The station stays on air as far as listeners know, with just a momentary track change as one or the other source takes over. then Broadcaster Cloud seamlessly takes over. On the SAM BC Cloud I also have 10 GB of backup tracks - so when/if my own broadcast goes down for any reason, and because its on Windows 10, it does regularly. they listen to the SAM Cloud stream, so do the many Twitter listeners I have. This stream is the one I have on Apple Radio, TuneIn and what ever else. So in effect I have 4 streams out of my own server. They don't get so much use though, so they don't impact on my bandwidth. I also have three other Encoders, going to shoutcast, and icecast, as well as "InternetRadio" and "TuneIn". I can have up to 40 listeners without loading my own bandwidth. The software features functionality for running an Internet radio station from a single computer. Because I also have SAM Broadcaster Cloud (Vibe), with 40 slots etc etc I have a stream going to that. SAM Broadcaster is described as 'Internet radio broadcasting application by Spacial. Everything is on my server for SAM Broadcaster Pro including my PAL scripts etc - all station automation, under my control. I have SAM Broadcaster Pro - what ever the latest version is, and SAM Broadcaster Cloud. Last edited by Mastacheata on January 4th, 2016, 2:15 pm, edited 1 time in total. The upload max of data is 30 GB which is nothing, but could I not stream LIVE to SamBroadcaster Live DJ account all the time from Sam BroadcastPro so the date was still on my machine? Please see details of each account below and advise. Option 2 = 40 listener better kpbs only $99.00 per year What am I missing? Option 1 20 listener slots 35.00 per month = $420.00 per year Option number two sound too good to be true with regards to costs per month/year. What is the down side of deleting account # 1 and replacing it with option #2 only. Please look at the two options below, at the moment I have option #1. ![]()
